New Accounts

Overview
The New Accounts list displays accounts with the "New Account Assignment" status. This helps collectors focus on recently assigned accounts that need initial contact.
Accessing New Accounts
Click the New Accounts tab in the top navigation. This filters your view to show only accounts with the new assignment status.
What Makes an Account "New"
Accounts appear in this list when their status is set to "New Account Assignment". This is typically:
- The default status for newly imported accounts
- A status manually set by a collector or administrator
Accounts leave this list when their status is changed to any other status.

- Click the pagination indicator (e.g., "1 of 42") to open a list dialog
