Scheduling in DebtRecoup
The Calendar is one of three scheduling tools in DebtRecoup. See the Scheduling Overview to learn how Work Dates, Callbacks, and the Calendar work together.
Overview
The Calendar provides a monthly date picker and account table for scheduled work dates. It helps collectors see upcoming work and open accounts scheduled for specific dates.
Accessing the Calendar

To open the calendar:
- Open the account-list view selector and choose Calendar
- The calendar modal opens showing the current month
- Select today or a future date to view accounts with that work date
Calendar Interface
Month Navigation
- Use the left/right arrows to move between months
- The current month and year are displayed at the top
- Select today or a future date to view accounts scheduled for that day
Date Display
- The currently selected date is highlighted
- Click today or a future date to see the account list for that day
- Past dates are not selectable
Account List
When you select a date, the account table shows:

| Work Date | The scheduled date |
| File Number | Account identifier |
| Collector | Assigned collector |
| Debtor | Debtor name |
| Client | Client name |
| Portfolio | Portfolio name |
| Current Balance | Account balance |
Working with the Calendar
Daily Planning
- Open the calendar at the start of your day
- Click today's date to see scheduled accounts
- Select one or more accounts and click Open
- Work through your scheduled accounts
Viewing Past Dates
When today is selected, the list includes accounts with work dates up to and including today. This helps identify overdue follow-ups.
Navigating to Accounts
Select one or more accounts and click Open to:
- Open the full account view
- Review account details
- Take required actions
- Update the work date if needed
