Client & Portfolio Management
Client & Portfolio Management lets you view and manage clients (companies that place accounts) and their portfolios (groups of accounts).

How to Access
- Click the Administrator button (gear icon) in the top navigation bar
- Select Company from the left sidebar
- Click Clients & Portfolios
What You'll See
The screen shows two sections:
Clients Section (Top)
A list showing:
- Client - The company name
- Actions - Edit and Delete buttons
Portfolios Section (Bottom)
When you select a client, their portfolios appear showing:
- Name - Portfolio name
- Type of Debt - Category of debt
- # Accounts - Number of accounts in the portfolio
- Actions - Edit and Delete buttons
Working with Clients
Adding a New Client
- Click the Add button (green button with plus icon)
- A form opens with these fields:

| Contact Person | Primary contact name |
| Address | Street address |
| City | City name |
| State | State selection |
| Zip | ZIP code |
- Fill in the information
- Click Save to create
- Or click Cancel to close without saving
Editing a Client
- Find the client in the list
- Click the Edit button (pencil icon)
- Update the information
- Click Save
Deleting a Client
- Find the client in the list
- Click the Delete button (trash icon)
- Confirm deletion
WARNING
Clients with portfolios containing accounts cannot be deleted. Remove all accounts first.
Viewing Client Portfolios
- Click on a client row in the list
- The Portfolios section updates to show that client's portfolios
- Click a different client to see their portfolios
Working with Portfolios
Adding a Portfolio
- First, select a client from the client list
- Click the Add button in the portfolios section
- A form opens with these fields:

| Name | Portfolio name (required) |
| Type of Debt | Category of debt |
| Target Liquidation Rate | Goal percentage for collections |
| Comments | Additional notes |
- Fill in the information
- Click Save to create
- The portfolio appears in the list
Editing a Portfolio
- Select the client first
- Find the portfolio in the list
- Click the Edit button (pencil icon)
- Update information
- Click Save
Deleting a Portfolio
- Select the client first
- Find the portfolio in the list
- Click the Delete button (trash icon)
- Confirm deletion
WARNING
Portfolios with accounts cannot be deleted. Remove all accounts first.
Common Tasks
Set Up a New Client with Portfolio
- Click Add in the Clients section
- Enter client information
- Click Save
- Select the new client from the list
- Click Add in the Portfolios section
- Enter portfolio details
- Click Save
Troubleshooting
Can't See Portfolios?
- Make sure you selected a client first by clicking on their row
- Check if the client has any portfolios
Can't Delete Client or Portfolio?
- Portfolios with accounts cannot be deleted
- Clients with portfolios cannot be deleted
- Remove all accounts first, then delete portfolios, then delete client
