Account Tabs
Overview
Each account in DebtRecoup contains multiple tabs that organize different types of information. The tab panel appears on the left side of the account view, with a separate Notes panel on the right.
Main Tabs
Debtor Tab

The Debtor tab is the default view when opening an account. It contains sub-tabs for detailed information:

| Phone #s | All phone numbers with type, status, and source |
| Employer | Employer name, address, and phone numbers |
| Addresses | All addresses with type and status |
| References | Personal and professional references |
| Bankruptcy | Bankruptcy case details and dates |
| Attorney | Legal representation information |
| Deceased Info | Mortality verification details |
Custom Fields Tab

Displays client-specific data fields configured for the portfolio. Field types include:
- Text fields
- Money amounts
- Dates
- Phone numbers
Click the edit button next to a field to modify its value.
Communication Tab
Tracks all contact activity with sub-tabs:

Payments Tab

Shows complete payment history including:
- Payment date and time
- Status (Posted, In Queue, etc.)
- Payor name
- Amount
- Payment method (last 4 digits)
- Collector credit attribution
Co-Debtors Tab
Displays additional parties on the account:
- Co-debtor name
- SSN (masked)
- Phone number
- Source of information
Use the add button to add co-debtors or click the phone icon to call.
Other Accounts Tab
Shows related accounts that may be duplicates or connected:
- Account identifiers
- Matching criteria
- Link/unlink options
Documents Tab
Manages uploaded files and generated documents:
- Date added
- Filename
- Description
- File size
- View (PDF), download, and delete options
Log Tab
Shows complete activity history:
- Timestamp of each action
- User or "System" indicator
- Description of the action
Notes Panel
Notes appear in a separate panel on the right side of the account view (not as a tab).
Adding Notes:
- Click the + Note button
- Type your note content
- Press Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to save
Notes display with:
- Author name
- Timestamp
- Note content
Visual Indicators
Some sub-tabs show visual indicators:
- Bankruptcy - Red icon when debtor has active bankruptcy
- Deceased Info - Red icon when debtor is marked deceased
Tab Navigation
- Click any tab to switch views
- The active tab is highlighted
- Tabs load content when first selected
Debtor Sub-Tab Details
Phone Numbers

Each phone number includes:
- Type - Primary, Cell, Home, Work, etc.
- Number - The phone number
- Description - Optional notes
- Status - Good Number, Wrong Number, Disconnected, etc.
- Source - File import, Manual entry, or External
Click the phone icon to initiate a call.
Addresses

Each address includes:
- Type - Primary, Alternate, Previous, Business
- Full Address - Street, city, state, zip
- Status - Verified, Unverified, or Returned Mail
- Source - Where the address came from
References

Reference information includes:
- Reference type
- Name
- Phone number
- Source
Bankruptcy
When applicable:
- Case number and chapter
- Filing and discharge dates
- Attorney information
- Court details
Attorney

Legal representation details:
- Attorney name
- Contact information (address, phone, email)
- Toggle for "All communications to attorney"
Deceased Info

Mortality information:
- Date of death
- Verification status
- Verification date
- Verification method
Editing Data
All editing is done through dialog boxes:
- Click the edit button or pencil icon
- Modify values in the dialog
- Save changes
Permissions
Edit and delete buttons appear based on your role permissions. Some users may have view-only access to certain tabs.
Troubleshooting
Tab not loading:
- Refresh the browser
- Check your internet connection
- Contact support if issue persists
Missing tabs:
- Some tabs only appear when relevant data exists
- Check your permissions with your administrator
Can't edit in tab:
- Verify you have edit permissions
- Ensure the account is assigned to you
