Administration Overview
The Administration section provides administrators and supervisors with tools to configure and manage the DebtRecoup platform.
Accessing Administration
Open Administration from the main navigation. This opens the admin sidebar with the available administration sections for your role.
Access Control
Administrative features are available to users with these roles:
- Administrator (ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR)
- Supervisor (ROLE_SUPERVISOR)
Some areas are more restricted. Billing is shown to root and administrator users. Tenants is root-only.
Administrative Areas
Company

Tenants
The Tenants group is visible to root users. It includes tenant management and tenant job monitoring.

- User Management - Set up user accounts
- Communication Providers - Configure email, message, and notification providers
Security Notes
Administrative actions affect all users and data in the system. Take care when modifying settings and review changes before saving.
