Company Settings
Company Settings lets you view and edit your organization's basic information including name, contact details, and working hours.

How to Access
- Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top navigation bar
- Select Company from the left sidebar
- Click Info
What You'll See
The Company Info screen displays your organization's information in editable fields.
Fields on This Screen
Name
- Your company's name
- Appears in system emails and letters
- Main company email address
- Used as default "from" address for system emails
Website
- Your company website URL
- Optional field
Time Zone
- Dropdown menu with time zone options
- Default: Eastern
- Affects all date/time displays in the system
Working Days
- Text field for your operating days
- Example: "Monday through Friday"
Working Hours
- Your business hours
- Example: "8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET"
Phone Number
- Main company phone
- Format: (123) 456-7890
Address Fields
- Address: Street address
- Address 2: Suite or unit number (optional)
- City: City name
- State: Two-letter state code dropdown
- Zip: 5-digit ZIP code
How to Edit Settings
Making Changes
- Click the Edit button (green button, top right)
- The fields become editable
- Make your changes:
- Type in text fields
- Select from dropdowns
- Tab between fields
- Click Save to keep changes
- Or click Cancel to discard changes
What Happens When You Save
- Changes take effect immediately
- All users see the updated information
- System emails use the new information
- A success message appears briefly
Common Tasks
Update Business Hours
- Click Edit
- Click in the Working Hours field
- Delete the old hours
- Type new hours (e.g., "9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET")
- Click Save
Change Time Zone
- Click Edit
- Click the Time Zone dropdown
- Select your time zone from the list
- Click Save
Update Address
- Click Edit
- Update the address fields as needed
- Use Tab to move between fields
- Click Save
Tips
TIP
- Changes save immediately - there's no draft mode
- Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
- Email addresses must include @ symbol
- Phone numbers auto-format as you type
Error Messages
"Please enter a valid email"
- Check for @ symbol and proper format
"Required field"
- Fill in all fields marked with *
"Invalid ZIP code"
- Enter exactly 5 digits
