Debtor Tab Overview

The Debtor tab is the primary location for viewing and managing debtor information. It displays:
- Personal details
- Contact information
- Employment data
- Account summary
Personal Information
Core Demographics
The system tracks essential debtor information:
- Full Name - First, middle, last name
- Social Security Number - For identification
- Date of Birth - Age verification
- Gender - If provided
- Marital Status - When relevant
Identification
Proper identification includes:
- Primary ID (SSN)
- Secondary IDs if available
- Aliases or AKAs
- Previous names
Contact Information
Phone Numbers
DebtRecoup manages multiple phone types:
- Primary Phone - Main contact number
- Cell Phone - Mobile numbers
