Work Dates
Work dates let you schedule when an account should be reviewed next. They are ideal for general follow-up tasks that do not require a specific time.
Common uses:
- Following up after a payment promise date
- Checking if documents have arrived
- Regular account review cycles
- Monitoring payment plan progress
Work dates appear in the Work By list on their scheduled date. The account remains accessible at any time, but the work date serves as a reminder to review it.

Callbacks
Callbacks are time-specific appointments scheduled with debtors. Unlike work dates, callbacks include both a date and time, reflecting a commitment made to the debtor.
Common uses:
- Debtor requested "call me back at 3 PM tomorrow"
- Follow-up after debtor needs time to think about an offer
- Scheduled payment confirmation calls
- Information gathering callbacks
Callbacks appear in the dedicated Callbacks list and integrate with the Calendar view. They are higher priority than work dates because they represent commitments to contact debtors at specific times.
Calendar
The Calendar provides a visual interface to see all scheduled work across dates. It displays accounts with work dates in a monthly view, making it easy to plan ahead and balance workload.
Common uses:
- Morning review of today's scheduled accounts
- Weekly planning and workload balancing
- Identifying overdue items that need attention
- Quick access to accounts by date
The Calendar shows account counts for each date and allows direct access to account details.
