Common Questions
Q: Why can't I edit certain fields? A: Some fields are system-calculated or locked for data integrity. Look for the pencil icon on editable fields.
Q: What do the different account lists show? A: Use the filter dropdown to select different views - Call Backs shows scheduled callbacks, Hot List shows marked accounts, New Accounts shows recently added accounts.
Q: What's the difference between Notes and Log Call? A: Notes in the panel are for general collection activities. Log Call specifically records phone call outcomes with dispositions that can trigger automations.
Q: What do the "days ago" badges mean? A: These badges show how many days have passed since important events (last payment, last worked, date opened) to help you quickly assess account activity.
