Sending Emails
Send emails to debtors using pre-configured templates to ensure consistent, compliant communication.

Quick Workflow
- Open the account and click the Email button in the action toolbar
- Select a template from the "Using Template" dropdown
- Verify the recipient in the "To" field (auto-populated from account)
- Set the send date in the "On" field (defaults to today)
- Click Preview to review the full email with merged account data
- Click Send Now to send immediately, or use Send Later to schedule
After Sending
Sent emails appear in the Communication Tab with their current status (Scheduled, Sent, or Failed).
