Account Management Overview
Account management in DebtRecoup involves viewing and working with individual account records. This section explains how to access and use the various features available when managing a single account.
Account Display
When you open an account, the interface displays:
Account Information Section
Four columns of key account data:
- Identifiers: File number, client, portfolio, creditor
- Account Details: Account number, debt type, last worked
- Financial Data: Balances, payments, amounts
- Important Dates: Opened, charged off, principals
Debtor Information Section
Contact and demographic information:
- Personal Details: Name, SSN, birth date, time zone
- Contact Information: Phone, address, email
- Quick Actions: Buttons for additional information
- Additional Fields: Secondary contacts, references

Detailed views of different aspects:
- Multiple tabs for different data types
- Click tabs to switch views

- Work Date - Schedule when to work account
