Subscription
The Subscription page is available under Administration > Billing for root and administrator users.
Accessing Subscription
- Open Administration
- In the Billing section, select Subscription
The top navigation also shows trial status when a tenant is in a trial period.
What to Review
Use the Subscription page to review the tenant subscription state, trial status, plan tier, and collection totals.
The page can show:
- Active Trial Period with days left, expiration date, and trial progress
- Plan cards for Starter, Growth, and Max
- A CURRENT badge on the active plan
- This Month collected amount
- Last Month collected amount when available
- Month-over-month variation when last-month data exists
If the trial expires, non-admin areas redirect to the Subscription page until the subscription issue is resolved.
